Program Analyst III
Description
Function of the Program Analyst includes but is not limited to, providing Program Management support by coordinating, analyzing, and tracking issues for prototypes and new launch. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Program Analyst to join our dynamic automotive team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless flow of materials and Finished Goods from manufacturing facilities to our customers, supporting new launch production schedules, and maintaining
optimal inventory levels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of automotive supply chain processes, excellent problem-solving abilities, analytical skills, and the capacity to collaborate across various departments. The Program Analyst is responsible for optimizing the end-to-end supply chain processes within the automotive sector. By collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging advanced analytics, the analyst supports continuous improvement efforts and contributes to the overall success of the supply chain program.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and coordinate the storage and distribution of prototypes for Automotive OEM, PIA and internal accounts. Resolve demand related problems both internally and externally.
- Resolve demand related problems both internally and externally for all pre-production build events.
- Ensure exact delivery and excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquiries.
- First point of contact with SCA for general inquiries such as inventory, scheduling, shipping, building event timings, shortages, promise dates, etc.
- Build and maintain a good business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer loyalty & satisfaction.
- Continuous improvement and process support through root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts (8D, A3, PDCA).
- Responsible for the data integrity of reports being submitted and data being entered within the Customer specific programs.
- Continuously train and develop the SEWS Team with knowledge and understanding of all customer procedural requirements to achieve 100 % on time delivery performance & customer satisfaction.
- Review, process and distribute customer orders, inventory reports by FIFO, QA requests, customer labels, KPI, PSTS, rework instructions & shipment schedules.
- Initiate, drive and direct meetings to support the supply chain to plan for future customer orders and/or eliminate current shortages and past due orders as well as eliminate obsolescence.
- Support new product launches and engineering changes by tracking milestones, readiness and risks.
- Continuous improvement and process support.
- Program Management activities related to internal/external costs, production problems, delivery & performance ratings, MMOG activities and corrective action requests.
- Introduce Lean tolls into the NABU MP&L organization. Follows business unit policies, procedures, work instructions. Assists with documentation and work instruction creation as required by management.
- Manage daily activities to ensure building safety activities are being followed, eliminating waste and reducing the risks of accidents.
Qualifications:
- Work Experience: 5–7-year minimum experience in supply chain or analytics role, with a proven track record of achieving performance targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Skills/Certifications: English fluency required. Spanish reading, typing, and speaking proficiency required.
- Proficient Microsoft Applications (Excel - formulas a plus, Access, power point, word) skills required. Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
- Must be able to perform in a stressful, fast-paced work environment.
- Sequential manufacturing / scheduling / international business / import experience preferred.
- Others: Knowledge of the effective manufacture and distribution of finished goods, primarily on Automotive industry. FORD system, FCA esupplierconnect portal, BaseCamp, Tesla portal experience preferred.
- Teamwork - collaboration Proven work experience as a Supply Chain Analyst, Logistics Coordinator or similar role.
- Experience in data mining, analysis and reporting.
- Analytical mind with business acumen.
- Problem-solving aptitude.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
